ESO Diagnostic Tool

To generate ecosystem data that will inspire creative dialogues and policy innovation needed to better support local ventures and strengthen Rwanda’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Description
With this tool we plan to uncover the functions the ESO aims to fulfill with its activities, its capability to do so, and the stage of the entrepreneurial process (“entrepreneurship stage”) it is targeting.
